We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible—typically within 2 to 5 working days. Once your item is packaged and ready to ship, you’ll receive a courier tracking number via email. If you have any questions about shipping, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange or return an item purchased online, please follow the steps below:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all packaging included.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to a defect or an error on our part.

Final Sale Items
All sample sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Additional Refund & Repair Info
- Only products purchased directly from the Nautic Sailing website are eligible for return or repair.
- Cash refunds are not offered.
- Proof of purchase and purchase date are required for all repairs.
