At Nautic Sailing, every bag we create is crafted from reclaimed yacht sails, and handcrafted into durable, one-of-a-kind pieces. Due to the nature of these upcycled materials, you may notice markings or characteristics from their former life at sea. These details are intentional and part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Be sure to include all original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our end.

Exchanges

  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for exchange.

  • Final sale or discounted products
  • Items returned after 7 days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue—we’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, email us at sails@nauticalsailing.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
